What we do

‌Seven ways we help

Every grant we make falls within our charitable purposes, and support goes to those with genuine need.

Food & Relief of Poverty

Langar and food parcels for families who struggle to meet their most basic need - a decent, nourishing meal.

Home and Disaster Relief

Repairing and rebuilding homes, including for families whose houses were damaged by flooding and heavy rains.

Livelihoods

Helping people earn a living with tools, sewing machines, e-rickshaws and start-up support for small businesses.

Care for the elderly

Providing accommodation, care and support so older people can live with comfort and dignity.

Health & medical support

Funding medical treatment for those who cannot otherwise afford the care they need.

Education & skills

Scholarships, school costs and vocational training so young people can build a better future.

Advancing the Sikh faith & community

Supporting Gurdwaras and places of worship - funding building and improvement works, the free community kitchen (langar), and activities such as the Sikhi Camp that promote awareness of the Sikh faith among young people.
